Each DevTrack user has a different
privilege set as defined by the System Administrator. The main differences
between the predefined roles in the table above are explained briefly
below.
- Manager: Can submit, view, assign, close, delete and
forward an issue.
- Tech Support: Can submit, view, and forward an issue.
- Programmer: Can submit, view, forward, and close an
issue.
- QA: Can submit, view, forward, close, and delete an
issue.
